Do you do residential accounts?

Currently we are focused exclusively on Commercial properties and bank owned properties. In order to provide the best level of service we choose to work with property managers and property owners directly with no sub contractors and a focused attention to detail.

NJLS & Property Maintenance is located in Fair Lawn, Bergen County NJ. We are an award winning landscaper and have won Fair Lawn Beautification Awards on behalf of some of our most discerning clients.

What Equipment do you have?

In addition to over $100,000 worth of landscaping equipment we have a fleet of snow plow trucks, bobcats, front end loaders and all necessary equipment to make your property look its best.

How long have you been in business?

We have been fulfilling the landscaping and snow management needs of Bergen County NJ, and Passaic County NJ since 1989. With an owner on site during the week our attention to detail and responsiveness is second to none.

How big are your accounts?

We have some accounts which are over 4 acres and some which are ¼ of an acre. We have Multinational Corporations, Strip Malls, Residential Treatment Facilities and Fortune 1000 clients. Some accounts take ½ day to a full day to complete and some take less.
